Hello...sorry for the repost...I posted this in the Project Cypress Google Group, but wasn't getting an traction there..and our Retest day is coming up fast! Yikes!

      I'm running Cypress 3.2.3 with Bundle 2016.0.2

For CMS66v5, Cypress has created client Jesus Ballard, and expects them to meet the IPOP / DENON / NUMER

When I run my results for this measure through Cypress, it reports:

Cannot find expected entry with templateId = 2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.47 with valueset 2.16.840.1.113883.3.600.1.1499
Calculated value (0.0) for NUMER (51D06394-AF97-41DD-BF41-68D58786A9D2) does not match expected value (1.0)

      The import data contains:
-BMI Encounter on March 7  (plus 1 other encounters on Oct 6)
-Physical Exam Performed: BMI value of 20 on March 7
-Medicaton Order Below Normal NOT DONE on March 7

Reading the Measure logic, they meet the IPOP and DENOM due to Age > 18 and the BMI Encounter

The Physical Exam with BMI 20 should put them in the Numerator, which is what the image above shows for this patient.  I'm starting to get a little confused over this, because the logic says the most recent BMI (08:30) should be before the end of the Encounter (which ends at 08:30). But technically that BMI is AT the end?

Our export contains the Physical Exam with BMI value and the BMI Encounter.
We calculated this client as being in the Numerator.

So, why does Cypress say that it can't find the Medication Order Not Done?  This piece is for the Denominator Exception, and should only be considered if the client did not meet the Numerator?

And why does Cypress say it calculated 0 for the NUMER, when the data our output provided contains a Numerator count of 1 and the associated data to back that up?

Thanks for any help you can provide.
