The patients will not meet because of their birthdate but Cypress is expecting them.

I have attached the XML files for both of these patients. We need to get you to say these are not passing due to an error in the Cypress coding.

Measure 69 specifically states that a patient should not be in the denominator unless they are 18 at the beginning of the measurement period which these two patients are not for the 2018 reporting year. We are using Cypress 3.2.3
