I am having an issue where a patient incorrectly meets the IPP in Cypress causing calculation issues.

Bundle version 2018.1.0
Measure CMS82v6
Patient "B BH Infant" has two QRDA Cat I files in the zip with the following birth dates: 20181101140000, 20180701140000

For calculation, the 2018-07-01 birth date was chosen. Using the month calculation formula from Measure Logic and Implementation Guidance, the patient is 6 at the start of the measurement period. This causes the patient to be excluded from the IPP based on the following logic:
where "CalendarAgeInMonthsAt"(BirthDate.birthDatetime, start of "Measurement Period")< 6

In Cypress, this patient is expected to meet the IPP.

I believe on the latest Weekly Tech Talk there was mention of this issue, but I could not find any tickets to see if it is resolved or outstanding.
