Cypress shows patient with just 1 qualifying episode - no date noted, so we're not 100% which one is qualifying:  2/3/2018 OR 6/4/2018

We're calculating 2 qualifying episodes, both 2/3/2018 and 6/4/2018.  Measure requires the diagnosis and an encounter, excluding episodes that are within 105 days of each other.
There are > 105 days between 2/3/2018 and 6/4/2018 (+105 days is 5/19/2018), why shouldn't both be counted?
