Hello, This issue is for vendor PI, product PI_TEST5 (Cypress v4). We have either encountered a bug in the Cypress C1 manual logic or, if not, we are requesting a solution for this issue. 
For C1 manual testing on CQM CMS147v8 the Allergy/Intolerance item is getting a "CMS147v8 - allergy_intolerance not complete" error. I believe we are using the correct template and coding. Note that this same test (a CMS147v8 Allergy/Intolerance manual test) was successfully passed using exactly the same QRDA template and coding for the C1 manual test on PI test products PI_TEST1, PI_TEST2, and PI_TEST3 (9/25/2018). I have attached both the QRDA I xml upload file submitted for PI_TEST5 for this CQM test as well as the complete C1 manual test upload zip file should you want to rerun the test.
 
Note that we also got a race error for CMS165v7 (issue CYPRESS-1488) again. This time erroneously showing an IPOP total of 2 on the Cat III upload page and an IPOP total of 13 on the View Patients page. I will await your response on the above issue with CMS147v8 before recreating the data for CMS156v7.
