I have attached HTML for the patient named Andrew Hogan, This patient should ideally get qualified as denominator as patient follow all following conditions -

1) patient has encounter in measurement period

2) this encounter has MDD diagnosis

3) does not have any previous MDD encounter in mentioned time frame of (105 days) 

4) patient's age is more than 17

 Cypress has not qualified patient as Initial population.
