For CMS measures  which have birth date time check, like CMS 26, CMS 72, CMS 102, CMS 104, CMS 105, CMS 107 etc, few patients are not qualifying for IPP and no QRDA 1 file generated.

This is because Cypress is providing two input files for the same patient with two different birth dates.

Can you please clarify if this is a mistake from Cypress? If not, how are we supposed to identify the actual birth date of the patient
