While doing Cypress Validation in the 4.0 version, all the files were being rejected with error. (Refer Screenshot failure.jpg). Manually we removed all the author tags which were written to the Encounter Performed element and re-uploaded the files, and the passed the validation (Refer Screenshot passing.jpg).

We feel this is a bug in Cypress for the following reasons :

1. The Input files downloaded from Cypress have the author tag.
2. The Implementation Guide "CDAR2_QRDA_I_R1_STU_R5_2017DEC Vol2_Templates_and_Supporting" has the following phrase for Encounter Performed
   MAY contain zero or one [0..1] Author (identifier: urn:hl7ii:2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.24.3.155:2017-08-01) (CONF:3343-28806). Note: QDM Attribute: Author dateTime

Kindly clarify.
