The Cypress test deck includes codes that (when imported) belong to multiple value sets for CMS156.  This is a new occurrence with the test data. 

For Example:  Codes 1648755 and 311994 belong to both the Anti-infectives, other value set for Numerator 2 and the High Risk Medications with Days Supply Criteria for Numerator 1.  When we generate the QRDA1 file for CMS156 testing.  How can Cypress verify the results if the code is in both value sets within the same measure?  How is it possible to guarantee the expected value set is included in QRDA1?
