Getting unknown Errors for Measure 138 QRDA

      I work for a company called Net Health and we are testing measures for QRDA. For measure 138, we are getting errors in the Cypress Tool. Errors like Calculated value (0.0) for NUMER (03EB885E-F7CF-491D-B589-76C35404A6E8) does not match expected value (1.0). I don't know what to look for in XML flie to find the root problem. Please help us
