Issue with "Day" Time Interval Calculation

    • Logic affecting more than 1 eCQM

      There appears to be an issue with "Day" comparisons in Cypress Validation Utility. See the attached QRDA-I document.

      For some reason the validation utility is not considering the assessment with a time of "20180104160000-0800" to be “<= 1 day starts after or concurrent with” of the encounter start time of "20180103120000-0800".

      Per the e-CQM logic and implementation guide a "Day" comparison should ignore the time and only subtract the dates.
