Paragraph c3(ii) - Transmission to CMS, is optional as part of the Cypress testing. The way an ATL must determine if this item passes, we must open a particular CQM and scroll down to the results area to look at the CMS Warning tab. In general, it seems all CQM results will have the same warning or lack there of, but I assume it is possible for one CQM to pass the CMS submission while a different one fails? I also assume the credit for passing c3(ii) should only be given when all CQMs pass with no CMS Warnings?

Would it be possible to add this CMS Warning to the Report Summary output so if the vendor wanted to earn credit for this optional item they could see the errors that must be addressed? This will also be useful for ACB's to insure correct credit is given for the c3 measure, as a certifier will review this report as part of the evidence.
