We are using Cypress to validate 2016 reporting year EP QRDA-I documents using the 2016 / PQRS / QRDA Cat I (R3) validation options. For a document containing CMS-117 measure data, we are seeing the following Cypress error:

The code 100 in codeSystem 2.16.840.1.113883.12.292 cannot be found in the declared valueset 2.16.840.1.113883.3.464.1003.196.12.1221

After checking the VSAC spreadsheet for reporting year 2016, I see that this code-codeSystem combination is defined in this value set for CMS-117. Can you confirm if this is an issue with Cypress or if I am misinterpreting something?
