I am currently using the Cypress Validation Utility to do an array of testing for QRDA I files and have run into an issue with the patients with "Device Order not done" elements. After looking into previously submitted issues, it appears that several errors concerning the Device Order template and negation were evaluated and corrected in an October 2017 update but the issue I'm seeing now concerns the Report Section evaluation for such patients. No errors return for the Device Order template, however they do not show as qualifying for the Numerator when they should based on 2017 Specifications. Is there still an issue with processing this template despite the absence of errors?
