VTE-2 outcomes discrepancies between validation tool and expected outcome

1) Medications documented before ICU still qualify for VTE-2 Numerator (example file 363_1)
2) Inpatient encounter with LOS > 1 day are being excluded and the measure breakdown should inpatient encounter LOS < 2 days. (example file 361_1)
3) Principal procedure before ICU admit is putting patient into Exclusions. (example file 365_1)
4) Medication <= 1 day after ICU start is not counted for the numerator. (example file 376_1)
5) Comfort measures between ip admit and icu admit is not counted for Denominator Exclusions. (example file 377_1)
6) Device applied <= 1 day after ICU start is not counted for the numerator. (example file 411_1)
