Critical Hello,
Some time data provided for any measure contain multiple files with same patient name but different date of birth/ ethnicity. How can i implement this data? can i create two patients. if i create two Patients then its can also effect the counts.
Multiple files contains same Patient name but different date of birth and ethnicity.
