As per the update released for QRDA 1 EH CY 2018 reporting "The updated schematron addresses an issue in the implementation of the QRDA I conformance statement CONF:CMS_0009 which states that a patient identifier other than the Medicare Health Insurance Claim Number (HICN) or Medicare Beneficiary Identifier (MBI) must be present in the recordTarget element. Prior to the schematron update, a file submitted without an additional patient identifier would not be flagged in error. This update ensures the presence of the additional patient identifier beyond HICN and MBI".

Kindly confirm if the current version of Cypress v.3.2.3 is updated to validate QRDA 1 files for the above mentioned change. Thanks in advance.
