Could not find value for Population NUMER QRDA 3 Filter XML

    • Implementation Problem

      Hi guys,
      I am validating a QRDA 3 XML file of Filter Patients for Measure CMS65v6.

      This measure has 1 IPOP, 1 DENOM And 1 DenomExclusion and 0 in NUMER, therefore NUMER Component is not created in my XML file but when i validate this file Cypress shows Error "Could not find value for Population NUMER"

      Filter of age and Gender applied.

      QRDA 3 XML File is attached .
