For CMS 157v5, patient Alan Moore has 3 qualifying encounters but the expected outcome for Cypress says patient should have 4 qualifying encounters with 2 encounters qualifying the numerator. PFA patient QRDA file for the same.
Also for patient, Dianne Tyler, expected qualifying IPP encounters are 6 but Cypress says the patient should have only 2 qualifying encounters.
Can you help with the understanding why the remaining encounters should not be considered
