We are seeing Cypress Date/Time format errors on files for all eCQMs for which we are testing QRDA I files. I don’t see a problem with format for date/time. The only thing we are not doing is adding the +/- for UTC time shift which I don’t think is required. I believe the IG just says if you use it for once, you must use it everywhere.
