Missing CONF:3338-17208 on QRDA Cat 3

      We are testing QRDA Cat 3 generation for 2016 release for 2017 reporting and are receiving errors in Cypress 3.2.2 where we were previously receiving no errors in 3.1.0.

      I am unable to find this CONF in the spec documents or in google search. The full text of the message is:

      SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] templateId (CONF:3338-17208) such that it SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @root="2.16.840.1.113883.10.20.27.1.1" (CONF:3338-17209). SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @extension="2017-06-01" (CONF:3338-21319).

      Any ideas?
