If an EHR vendor is certifying for c1 only, and not certifying c2,c3,c4, in the cypress test suite, is it sufficient to test with the first tab "C1 sample" and ignore the second tab "C1 (QRDA-I)"? We have the ability to manually enter all required information in the EHR and generate a QRDA I that passes the first tab in Cypress. We do not currently intend to built the ability to import outside CQM-related data since this is not related to the export functionality, is not something required by our customers, and the work is non-trivial.
