Hi,
when uploading QRDA category 1 zip file which is having multiple patients with the same measure CMS177v5, getting the following error:

I have selected '2016 Bundle for the 2017 Reporting Period' as Annual Update Bundle and 'None' as CMS Reporting Program. please find the attached zip file . Please provide the solution.
