When filtering by Problem OID, Cypress expecting 3 patients but 8 patients match Filter criteria

      For the Filter Criteria test using Problem, we find 8 patients that meet the Filter criteria of Problem OID = 2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1046.6 while Cypress is expecting only 3. We are unable to determine why there is a mismatch. Attached is the Test Deck we are using.

      We are able to pass all of the other Filter tests.

      Version is 3.2.2.
