Hello,

After updating cypress to the latest version when we download the QRDA file for patients in denominator exception not done reason is not coded properly.

For e.g. for the measure CMS139v5 - Fall Screening is not done but in QRDA under risk assessment entry section code (refer attached image) is coming as null flavor. When we try to import this QRDA there is no way for us to know which fall screening code needs to be associated. In the previous version of cypress we used to get what kind of fall screening is not done.

How to handle this situation kindly advice.
