When submitting a document, we are getting a vague BSON error rather that an error witha conformance rule. This makes the investigation into the cause of the error difficult.

When submitting a QRDA I document for the 2017 reporting period (document A) to the Cypress Validation Utility, we get a BSON error as follows:

Unable to evaluate file due to error parsing XML: BSON::Undefined instances are not allowed as keys in a BSON document.

This document contains an encounter with code="32485007". We are able to submit the document without a BSON error by simply changing that specific code to something else (e.g. code="324850074"), so we thought maybe there was some issue with the logic around the original code. We then noticed, though, that other documents submitted with the same code="32485007" were not throwing the BSON error (e.g. document B). We are unable to determine what is causing this problem given the generic nature of the BSON error we are receiving from the Validation Utility. We would appreciate help in determining what is causing this original document to fail.
