I have attached an example QRDA file that when we upload to Cypress validator it tells us there are 4 episodes in the IPP for CMS55v5. However when we take that same file and submit to the CMS test site - we get 2 occurrences in the IPP for CMS55v5.

I actually except that there would be 2 and not 4 as reported in the validation tool. My expectation is these would give the same result. My first question is: Is it reasonable to expect these to be the same? If it is - why are they different?
