We are trying to test QRDA I for following measures on cypress version 3.1.
CMS 166v5, CMS138v5, CMS 68v5, CMS 131v5, CMS 127v and CMS123v5

Cypress generated the test patient data with different Start Date/Time and End Date/Time for Encounter, Diagnosis, Diagnostic Study, Physical Exam, Risk Category Assessment and Medications all these measures.
All these cypress patient data are need to entered as past data because cypress version 3.1 generate the test data for reporting period of 2015.
It is very difficult to enter separate start date/time for Diagnostic Study, Physical Exam, Risk Category Assessment as they are usually performed in clinical visit/encounter.
We can enter the different separate date/time for diagnosis and medication in our EHR. But our EHR does not allow separate date/time for Diagnostic Study, Physical Exam, Risk Category Assessment as we document this information during encounter in our EHR.

Can we use the Encounter Start date time/End date time for Diagnostic Study, Physical Exam, Risk Category Assessment for QRDA cat I?

Please guide.
