CMS 125 Breast Cancer Screening - we expect IPP, Denom and Numer for this patient

      For this measure when we import QRDA1 file in Cypress Validation Utility we expect to receive result of meeting IPP, Denom and Numer however when we upload the results do not show any of those for this measure.

      I have attached a screenshot from cypress as well as the file for this patient.
