We noticed that every Order template is constrained by author. I am attaching a sample from Cypress Tool and also we are getting such patient for Certification as well, problem here is "id/@root" for author constraint mention doesn't point anywhere in the document, hence we cannot identify who is the provider in the file who made an Order. Can you please clarify why Cypress is splitting out such QRDAs or it doesn't have capability to accommodate Implementation Guide requirement.
