We are 2014 EHR certified.
Now we want to certify 2015.
I have two simple questions
1) For c1, c2, c3 and c4.
We Create the test in cypress for 2016 bundle and then
In our EHR we have the facility to import the patients (measure specific) by calling automated entries, and in our dashboard we show that measure's calculated data. and on dashboard we have the facility of export QRDA Cat1 and QRDA Cat3 and then we upload that out system generated QRDA CAT 1 file in C1-c2 tab in cypress , in C2 it's pass and c1 it's says failed . And for QRDA Cat 3 (our System generated file) when we upload in cypress C2-c3 tab its pass.
So my question is it acceptable to pass the Certification criteria?
Q2: C1 for manual entries, do we still need to perform the manual entries as we have the facility to import the patient by giving the facility in our EHR.

Do we need to create the test with C1, c2, c3, c4 OR C2, c3, c4?
