Hello Team,

I am trying to validate CMS68 on Cypress but getting error with Denominator Exception Criteria of SNOMED Code.

As per sample QRDA file of the patient, we need to enter Reason Section along with Procedure Section in case of Denominator Exception. Now, I have below question.

• First of all, if you see closely, it says, <code nullFlavor="NA" sdtc:valueSet="2.16.840.1.113883.3.600.1.462"/> where we actually have SNOMED enter in our system for the same.
• In highlighted section, which Code should get exported under Green highlighted area as I was not able to find from Implementation Guide
• How should I detect that, this SNOMED code is for Reason Not Done as I was not able to find any indication in excel master file
