Cypress 3.1.0 is evaluating the QRDA III CMS Program Name value incorrectly in the C2 (QRDA III) record sample test. It currently expects the Program Name for individual reporting to be MIPS, which is consistent with the draft 2017 Implementation Guide. Table 3 of the 2017 Final QRDA III Implementation Guide specifies that the program name should be MIPS_INDIV for individual submissions. Documents submitted in Cypress 3.1.0 with a program name of MIPS_INDIV have the following CMS warning:
