This question is in follow-up to another user's ticket of QRDA-534. We too are pursuing certification. However, we are approaching from the EH measures using 2016 measure set that are to be used for 2017 reporting.

As the previous ticket commented, for certification purposes, our testing body will require us to successfully create/upload both QRDA I's and QRDA III through cypress for the c.3 (report) criterion. This in light of the reality that CMS does not accept the QRDA III for EH measures reporting in the real world submission application

Questions:

• What schematron's should we use (CMS, HL7 base version, etc.) that will allow us to validate the structure of both QRDA I and III output as expected by Cypress?
• If the CMS schematron's are to be used, then can we assume that no errors (that would constitute a testing/certification failure) would result despite us validating the base HL7 structure against CMS's schematron (a non-HL7 based schematron)?
