      Hi,

The CMS136v6 measure validation is failing in Cypress 3.1.0 for C1+C3 criteria due to chain of medications (active) tied up with parent by <entryRelationship typeCode="REFR">

Please find the Cypress 3.1.0 generated QRDA-I file and the failing CQR generated QRDA-I file attached for reference for 136v6 measure.

As per our analysis, we have found that it is due to the medication active blocks having <entryRelationship typeCode="REFR"> tied which is absent in our file.

Can you please suggest if this is the cause for failure or if anything else? Also is this mandatory to change to this schema and why is this followed to tie up the parent ? Any explanation will help us to understand and fix this issue.

      Thanks
      Dr. Pooja
