      1. CMS156v5 : Would it be possible to supplement Cypress Test patient requirements of medications for doxylamine succinate 25 MG Oral Capsule (RxNorm code 1242582) with doxylamine succinate 25mg oral tablet (RxNorm code 1101446) instead for Cypress testing? Or must we have the ability to enter the medication for doxylamine succinate 25 MG Oral Capsule (RxNorm code 1242582) as represented by the Cypress Test Patient? This impacts Cypress patient ‘GP_Geriatric B’.

      2. There are a few Cypress Test patients which require medications that are obsolete, and we cannot document them in our EHR. We confirmed via https://mor.nlm.nih.gov/RxNav/search and both medication have been remapped to a different medication. Please let us know us which medication to use as the ones required by Cypress are obsolete. Or would it be acceptable for us to select any other qualifying medication as per FDB.
      • CMS136v6: 24 HR Methylphenidate Hydrochloride 60 MG Extended Release Oral Capsule (Rxnorm 1091218). This impacts Cypress patient ‘GP_Peds C’.
      • CMS141v6: oxaliplatin 5 MG/ML Injectable Solution (rxnorm 351248). This impacts Cypress patient ‘Cancer_Adult_Male B’.
