Hello Team,

While validating QRDA 3 file, it shows error for Improvement Activity Section or Advanced Care Information Section.

As per user guide, those sections are optional but Cypress is not validating file without those section.

So, I would like to know,

• Are those sections are mandatory or is it possible to export as Null Flavor section?
  If we can export as Null Flavor, then it will be good if someone can share Null Flavor section example.
