Till last year we were using root id as source to relate a documentation entry and but now when we do cypress testing we see that root id cannot be common anymore.Also Cypress test patients have multiple encounter but nothing as a source for relating encounter entry to documentation entry. Is there any specific way that we can relate encounter to the documentation?
