Using ED as an example, patients in the import test data for ED1 also qualify for ED2/ED3 IPP. Therefore, when we export ED1, we qualify patients from the ED2/3 data set. Cypress results in errors (41 files expected but was 80). We need resolution to continue validation

EH quality reporting is evaluated based on all patient data received inbound to evaluate across measure population. Given that the design of the EH test data for C2-C3 is for one CCN, each measure will qualify patients across that entire dataset (e.g. patients imported for ED1 will also qualify for ED2). We are seeing based on the EH dataset that patients qualify across measures for ED, Stroke, and VTE. Given that, we would like to have unique CCN numbers for each measures' data files to avoid failing on the test outcomes. This is consistent with the design of the EP test data in which the identifier is unique for each measure by TIN/NPI. EH identifier for measure reporting is CCN.

Please verify that EH dataset for EH import can be tested on unique CCN per measure since expected QRDA1 and QRDA3 files in Cypress is expecting only those patients that were included in the dataset for each measure?
