In the Cypress User Guide, Version 3.0 dated September 28, 2016,
page 10 and 11 demonstrate how I should be able to see All Patients on this
screen just be selecting a bundle (Figure 1 below), yet when I am in Cypress
and click on the checkbox, I cannot view patients (Figure 2 below).
