Effective High time/Low time is missing in cypress downloaded patient

      Hi,

      While processing the cypress downloaded QRDA1 file for one of the listed below CQM measures, we have encountered a scenario wherein Effective high time and low time is missing.

      Cypress Bundle Version – June 2015 V3.1

      CMS Measure - 69

      As per the expectation, Effective high time and low time , both should be available in QRDA1 file. But unable to find the same in case of cypress patients.
