While processing the cypress downloaded QRDA1 file for one of the listed below CQM measures, we have encountered a scenario wherein code is not getting populated in case of declined.

Cypress Bundle Version – June 2015 V3.1.0

CMS Measure - 135

As per the expectation, we believe the code against which the decline is made, both should be available in QRDA1 file. But we found only declined details and not the code itself.
