Hi,
Our team is trying to validate the 2017 CMS 147v6 against the Cypress 3.1.0 version - C1+C3 criteria

The issue faced is as following -
Error displayed when we upload the following test data file -42_Melinda_Mccormick.xml,
Sample Error message
Calculated value (0.0) for DENEXCEP (9411528A-67EF-439B-9C00-37372B2096E3) does not match expected value (1.0)
Calculated value (1.0) for NUM (9411528A-67EF-439B-9C00-37372B2096E3) does not match expected value (0.0)

When we tried to remove the "Immunization Administered" section in the test data file belonging to Melinda and upload the same, we get the Error message-
Calculated value (0.0) for DENEXCEP (9411528A-67EF-439B-9C00-37372B2096E3) does not match expected value (1.0) Only

So the reason code in Immunization administered section is identified in Cypress 3.1.0 and hence the shown qualifying the numerator

The Cypress result test patient counts are matching the counts in our application for Numerator & Den exceptions in C2+C3 but we are trying to find out why we are getting the QRDA-I errors in C1+C3.
Also we are not finding any errors when we upload the same files in Cypress Validation Utility.
