CMS1218 Errors flagging on CQL editor

      Thank you for your question regarding CMS1218v1, Hospital Harm - Postoperative Respiratory Failure. After the draft 2026 reporting period eCQM specifications were posted for vendor and implementer review in December 2024, a new tooling version was released that requires retrieves to contain a code or value set filter. The measure developer is aware of this new requirement and plans to update the two impacted risk variable definitions to meet this requirement in the version of CMS1218 published for 2026 reporting.

      I am attempting to build 2026 version of measure CMS1218 version 1.0.000 based on the draft versions of specs that have been released. (Note, I also looked at version 1.1.001 of the specs for this measure and it looks like both of the paths are noted the same way).

      In saving the CQL information on the CQL editor tab, there are 2 similar errors flagging.  (see screen shots below)

      Do you know how I correct these?
