    • HIV diagnoses code with ICD10 CM code B20 (and possibly other related ICD10 codes) are not being filtered correctly when patient consent restricts visibility of HIV data/status

The latest RetrieveMultipleValueSets xml doc retrieved from Value Set Authority Center (VSAC - https://vsac.nlm.nih.gov/) contains DescribedValueSet elements with display name "C2S HIV/AIDS Information Sensitivity". There are no DescribedValueSet elements for HIV/AIDS with codes in the ICD10CM code system.

Is this by design? Why would - for example - ICD10CM code "B20" not be considered an HIV sensitive code?

Please advice if I'm asking this question in the wrong place

Our org is implementing an HIE (community health record) product and are looking for a full set of codes to restrict visibility to for HIV.

      **Additional Context**
These are the DescribedValueSet elements I see in the RetrieveMultipleValueSets data I have that fall into this category of HIV/AIDS Information Sensitivity:
      DescribedValueSet ID="2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1142.23"  (HCPCS)
      DescribedValueSet ID="2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1142.24" (ICD9CM)
      DescribedValueSet ID="2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1142.25" (LOINC)
      DescribedValueSet ID="2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1142.26" (RXNORM)
      DescribedValueSet ID="2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1142.27" (SNOMEDCT)
      DescribedValueSet ID="2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1142.60" (CPT)
      DescribedValueSet ID="2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1142.67" (SNOMEDCT)

none of them include any ICD10CM codes.
