      we have found that CMS117 is missing CPT code 90687, which is 90687 Influenza virus vaccine, quadrivalent, split virus, when administered to children 6-35 months of age, for intramuscular use. This IS appropriate for children 2 and under and IS in the same dataset for CMS147. This immunization is commonly given and is causing patients to fail when they received all appropriate vaccinations.
