Guidance for each eCQM is provided in the header for each measure. Supplemental guidance for the eCQMs is found in the eCQM Measure Logic Guidance Document, found in the eCQI Resource Center. While the eCQMs are retooled from chart-abstracted measures, there is not a one-to-one agreement between the chart and eCQM versions of the measure, therefore it is best to obtain guidance through the documentation for the particular version of the measure.
