I originally submitted this to QualityNet but their response was that I should submit this question here. This seems like a PQRS program specific question, but here goes...

For our 2015 PQRS program implementation, I reviewed the Meaningful Use measures against this list: 2015 PQRS Measure List (http://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Quality-Initiatives-Patient-Assessment-Instruments/PQRS/Downloads/PQRS_2015_Measure-List_111014.zip).

PQRS 316 is noted as two Meaningful Use measures combined, Preventive Care and Screening: Cholesterol – Fasting Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL-C) Test Performed AND Risk-Stratified Fasting LDL-C (61v4 & 64v4).

For the 2015 PQRS program, can we report these as 2 separate measures?
