1. On the attached spreadsheet ‘Copy of CQM_Attestation_Data_Reference_Sheet_Final_0107104’ on the tab ‘2014 Edition CQMs EP’ ---- there are 2 measure ‘Version Numbers’ associated with each ‘Objective Number’.

A. Can a provider group submit different versions of CQMs in the same batch upload file? See examples below:

• For example, 1 provider is submitting CMS146v1 and other provider is submitting CMS146v2 - may both versions be submitted in 1 batch file?

-For example, 1 provider is submitting CMS146v2 and CMS137v1 – may both versions be submitted in 1 batch file?
