The eCQMs released for review in March still have an issue where the operator for ">=" is incorrectly displayed in the xml flile. Since ">" is a control character for xml files, the ">=" operator needs to be handled with the ">" as an escaped character.

I believe ">=" needs to be updated to be ">="
